Gourmet Easy To Make Meatloaf
Meatloaf is a dish of ground meat formed into a loaf shape and baked or smoked. The loaf shape is formed by either cooking it in a loaf pan, or forming it by hand on a flat baking pan. It is usually made from ground beef, although lamb, pork, veal, venison, and poultry or a combination are also used.

- 1 pound Ground beef
- 3/4 cup Cooked brown rice
- 3/4 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 teaspoon Molasses
- 2 Tablespoons Trinity Hill Farms No Added Sugar Gourmet Ketchup
- 1/2 cup Trinity Hill Farms No Added Sugar Gourmet Ketchup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine the beef, rice, molasses, onion and 1 tablespoon Trinity Hill Farms No Added Sugar Gourmet Ketchup. Mix well and place in a 5×9 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Spread remaining 1/2 cup ketchup over the top of the loaf. Bake for 15 more minutes.
